Proceedings Delayed in 340B Orphan Drug Exclusion Lawsuit

October 11, 2013—A federal district judge has stayed all proceedings in the lawsuit challenging the legality of the 340B orphan drug exclusion regulation[1] for as long as the federal government shutdown continues.
