340B Recertification for Title X Centers Starts This Week

May 11, 2015—Annual recertification of 340B eligibility Title X family planning clinics begins on May 13 and will end on June 10, according to a notice on the Health Resources and Services Administration Office of Pharmacy Affairs home page.
