CMS Proposes Rule Addressing 340B Medicaid Managed Care Drugs

May 29, 2015—The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services proposes to make Medicaid managed care organizations – as opposed to 340B covered entities or state Medicaid agencies – responsible for establishing procedures to prevent 340B duplicate discounts in the Medicaid MCO context.
