HRSA Taps OIG to Administer 340B Manufacturer Sanctions

June 18, 2015—The 340B program proposed rule formally published yesterday[1] would give the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General responsibility for administering financial sanctions on drugmakers that overcharge providers knowingly and intentionally.
