MedPAC Report Touches on 340B

June 16, 2015—If policymakers were to decide to reduce Medicare payments for Part B drugs bought by 340B hospitals, they may want to let those hospitals keep a share of their 340B savings as an incentive to stay in the program, congressional Medicare policy advisers say in a new report.
