State AIDS Programs Want 340B Investigation of Drugmaker at Center of Price-Hike Firestorm

September 24, 2015—The senior Democrat on the House Oversight Committee asked the head of Turing Pharmaceuticals yesterday for all documents about the company’s 340B pricing of Daraprim – which Turing recently bought from another company and immediately raised the price of by over 5,000 percent.
