HRSA Releases 340B Dispute Resolution Proposed Rule

August 11, 2016—The Health Resources and Services Administration has released[1] its proposed regulation to create a binding administrative dispute resolution process for the 340B program. It will be formally published in the Federal Register tomorrow and comments will be due on or before Oct. 11.
