September 15, 2015—Heritage Pharmaceuticals, a U.S.-based generic-drug manufacturer owned by the Indian drugmaker Emcure, has posted a notice on the 340B drug pricing program website stating it “recently determined that 340B pricing to participating 340B covered entities was not extended on purchases of its products made between April 18, 2008 and December 31, 2014.”
